1. General
By ordering, you confirm you are 18+ or have parental consent. All prices include VAT. Customers are responsible for correctly applying discounts, promo codes, and loyalty points. Loyalty points are earned after discounts; contact us if they don’t appear correctly.

2. Handmade Products
Our accessories are handmade, so slight variations in size or color may occur. Limited Edition items may not be restocked once sold out.

3. Order Processing & Shipping
Orders take 3–5 business days to process. We ship via The Courier Guy Pudo – Locker to Door services. Please provide an accurate address — BEHAN is not responsible for incorrect addresses or missed deliveries. Returned parcels due to errors will require the customer to cover additional courier fees.

4. Urgent & Limited Orders
For urgent orders, contact us directly via WhatsApp. Self-collection is required for urgent orders, and full payment must be received before processing.

5. Returns & Refunds
Due to our handmade process, we do not offer refunds or returns. If an item is defective, contact us within 24 hours with photos and order details. Damage during transit is the responsibility of the courier.

6. Payment
Full payment is required at the time of ordering. We accept Yoco, Direct EFT, and alternative arrangements such as cash on collection can be made with BEHAN after a deposit.

7. Liability
BEHAN is not liable for indirect or consequential damages, including loss of profits, related to your order or use of our services.

8. Changes & Governing Law
We may update these terms at any time — please review them regularly. These terms are governed by South African law.
