We do our best to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Once processed, deliveries usually take 3–5 business days via our trusted courier services.

💌 Free Shipping:
All orders over R500 qualify for free standard delivery (3–5 days). Please note, this offer excludes overnight shipping.

🚚 Delivery Options:

1. Door Delivery: Your parcel will arrive right at your doorstep within 3–5 business days. Please double-check that your delivery address is correct — BEHAN cannot be held responsible for errors or delays due to incorrect information.

2. Self-Collection: You’ll receive an email once your order is ready (within 3–5 working days). Collections take place by appointment only at our studio on Wednesdays and Fridays between 17:00 and 18:00. No alternative collection points beyond a 5 km radius will be allowed.

 

⚡ Urgent Orders:
If you need your order sooner than our standard lead time, please contact us directly via WhatsApp before placing your order. Urgent orders are available for self-collection only, as couriers may experience delays. Orders will only be processed once full payment has been received or approved arrangements have been made with BEHAN.

📦 Important Information:
If you entered the wrong delivery details, please contact us within 24 hours of purchase with your order number and date. Should your parcel be returned due to incorrect information or missed delivery attempts, you’ll be responsible for any additional courier fees.

Once your order leaves our studio, it’s in the courier’s care. BEHAN cannot be held liable for delays, damages, or lost parcels beyond our control, including weather or courier issues. Please inspect your parcel upon arrival and report any visible damage directly to the courier.
